Audit Manager for HCM Office

(1) Hold the role of manager of ""portfolio's quality controllers"" with specific functions as follows:
+ Supervise, follow and guide the audit teams to implement the audit engagements in order to ensure compliance with the Company's quality management standards;
+ Review working paper, complete and store audit files in accordance with the standards of auditing standards and the Company's regulations;
+ Complete the audit reports on time according to the agreement with the clients;
+ Provide recommendations to clients to improve the efficiency of accounting work and internal control system;
+ Manage the budgets for audit engagements (approve timesheet / overtime... appropriately)"""

(2) Perform audit services to clients: is the leader to perform the audit and/or related work as follows:
+ Arrange audit schedules and assign personnel to ensure service quality according to clients' requirements;
+ Review audit teams' working papers;
+ Propose ideas on improving the service implement processes, the way on working papers preparation;
+ Prepare the audit reports to ensure the quality requirements according to the clients' requests and the law (asssure the standards of the listed companies)
+ Consult solutions for clients to improve efficiency and compliance in business operations"

(3) In charge of conducting internal training sessions as assigned by the training department
(4) In charge of conducting seminars / webinars / training coures of accounting / auditing and related regulations for clients as assigned by higher levels
(5) Support to collect clients' information for service quotation / prepare quotation according to clients' requests
(6) Review performance results for staffs every 6 months
(7) In charge of the jobs besides independent audit as assigned by higher levels when required such as Due Diligence, IFRS Conversion, Internal Audit
(8) In charge of building, developing and applying technology in the audit program including storing, updating, and managing clients information
(9) Other tasks assigned by Head of Department and BOD may include: projects to improve working papers / report forms...

- Have the personalities and skills that match the job description
- Graduated from University with major in Economics
- CPA VN, ACCA, CPAA, CIA... certificates are preferable
- At least 4 years of experience
- Good command in English
